Playing Dead *Open to Join*

Peyton Grim

I hold my very large stomach now and the baby kicks a lot, making me scrunch my nose in pain. "I am Peyton, who are you?" I ask the girl and smile a little.

Arabella

"I'm Arabella the famous teen actress until the zombie out break happen." I said and smiled. "I'm only thirteen and my parents were turn into zombies who I had to kill." I said.

-Krista-
"I am Krista Mace. I was part of the military, until my group left me for dead." I hold my hand out for a firm handshake.

Arabella

"Nice to meet you." I said and shake her hand. I moved my hand after I shook her hand.

Peyton Grim

Before I can say anything else a large gush of water runs down my leg, "what do we do?" I ask and ignore the extreme pain.

"Aw shi-" I almost swear but stop myself. "Just push as hard as you can, I will try to help you!" This is the only time I remember getting overly frantic. "Here is a gun, if any zombies come, kill 'em!" I hand my gun to Arabella.

Arabella

I take the gun nervously and nodded. "Alright." I said and watched out for zombies.

Peyton Grim

I push and almost scream but hold it back so no zombies hear me.

I extend my hand out for her to hold so she can push more.

Arabella

So far no zombies are seen and I'm so relief because killing these things aren't exactly my goal.

Peyton Grim

I hold Krista's hand and tears stream down my face, I push one more time and hear a small cry. I quickly wrap the baby in my light jacket and see it is a little girl, "Jennette, that's your name." I say and smile a little.

Carl Grim

I walked down the woods until I saw some people. I climbed the tree nearby to get a better view. I saw mom and two other people. I climbed down then ran back to the farm house. I ran in and told dad where I saw mom and she had a baby. Also she was with two other people.

Zeke Grim

I stare in shock and I grab my gun, I storm out of the house and where to Peyton is.

Peyton Grim

I see Zeke and i quickly grab my things then pick up Jennette, "thank you for the help and everything else but I have to go." I say and take off like a bolt of lightening with my knapsack on my back and I have Jennette in my arms. I have my crossbow slung on my shoulder and I run down the road, not knowing or caring where I am going but I know I want to get away from Zeke for some reason..

Carl Grim

I followed dad to get mom.

Steffani

Marty had beat me again. I run into an open field and search around it for anyone. I hear shouting, and I take off running again. I climb up a tall tree, and he angrily walks past it. I swallow my spit and hold back my tears as the multiple bruises become unbearable. After I'm sure he's gone, I open my mouth, "Help, somebody!"

I hear a shout for help, and notice it's coming from an open field near by. I follow the noise after saying goodbye to Arabella and giving her the spare gun. I grabbed my gun and followed the noise to a tree.
I say "This is Krista Mace. Is help needed?"

Steffani

I jump down from the tree and wipe off the blood from my cheek, "Please, help me get away from my husband." I look at her with pleading eyes.

"Yes ma'am. I know a secret military base, but it is 2 miles away. What is your name?" I whisper while leading the way into a place in the woods.

Steffani

"My name is Steffani X." I wince at the pain, but quickly hide it.

Peyton Grim

I lose Zeke and Carl and pant for breath once I stop running, I look around and realize I am lost. I see a barn in a field and I make my way over there, hoping spend the night there.

Steffani

We come to a barn and I see Peyton with a baby. I coughed, and looked at her, "What's it's name?" I put pressure on my bleeding arm and sit down.

Peyton Grim

"Her name is Jennette." I say and smile. "I ran from my husband, I don't know why either." I say and lay Jennette on a hay stack and she falls asleep then I put my things on the ground.

Steffani

"Marty got drunk and beat me again." I touch my throbbing, black eye and wince.

Peyton Grim

"I am sorry to burst your bubble but he'll never change, you deserve better then him." I say and sit on the ground. I hear Zeke and I tense up, I put my finger on my lip showing Steffani to stay quiet until they pass.

Steffani

I quietly hold my gun, and listen to the voices.
