Ally

I sat on my couch as I looked at the picture I had of Xavier and me. I guess things didn't work out, or I wasn't good enough, but he left. I wiped away my tears, and started to drink some wine.

Dae

I woke up about an hour later, and looked around. I sighed whenever I didn't see Marshall, and I went back to sleep.

Xavier

I finish taking the pictures, and call Ally, I wait for her to answer as I go outside for a cigarette.

Ally

I answer my phone, and wipe my cheeks. "Hello?" I asked in a shakey voice.

Xavier

"Hi, Ally, it's me Xavier." I say and smoke my cigarette while leaning on the wall.

Ally

"Oh, hey. What do you need?" I asked, and took a swig out of the wine bottle.

Xavier

"I just wanted to tell you that we aren't broken up, I just moved down to France because I got a job offer down here." I tell her and go sit in my car since it's cold out.

Ally

"Okay. I don't know how I'll deal with a long-distance relationship, though. I got to go, I have some stuff to do. Bye," I say, and hang up. I continue to drink.

Xavier

I hang up, and leave work, I get to the bar. I get on stage, and start to sing as I play the bass, I also got another band here.

Ally

I pass out of the couch, and the empty bottle rolls onto the floor.

Dae

I sit on the couch, and stare at the door. "Mamma, where's Daddy?" Hailey asks, and tears well up in my eyes. "He'll be back, sweetie," I whisper, and she lays on my lap.

Marshall

I get home, after much drinking, luckily I'm not like Nathan. I walk inside, and my lip is busted and my eye is black, I got into a fight. I sit on the couch.

Xavier

We finish, and I go home, I make dinner for Audrey and I.

Dae

I sent Hailey to her room, and looked at Marshall. "What happened to you?"

Marshall

"I got into a fight." I mumble and cough up blood onto my sleeve of my shirt.

Xavier

Audrey and I eat dinner as we watch Shrek 2.

Dae

"My goodness!" I said, and looked him over. I took off his shirt, and looked at the bruises on his chest. "Marshall! Be more careful!" I said, and lightly touched one of the bruises.

Marshall

I show her the switch blade cut on my side which is actually pretty big and deep, it looks like it could've hit my Kidney.

Dae

I gasped, and ran to the kitchen. I got the medical kit, and a wet washcloth. I wiped off all the blood, and let him bite on the towel as I dabbed it with rubbing alcohol. I started to sew up the gasp with great skill, something Ma taught me.

Marshall

After shes done I stop biting the towel, I sit on the couch and start to watch TV.

Dae

I wrapped up the wound, and kissed Marshall on his head. I put the bloodied shirt in the wash, and checked on Hailey.

Marshall

I fall asleep on the couch, and snore a little.

Dae

I sat next to him and sighed. "I hope we'll make it through this in one peice," I whisper to myself, and fall asleep with my head on his lap.

Sam

I walked up behind Neal, and wrapped my arms around his neck. "How's the music going?" I asked, and kissed his shoulder.

Neal

"Good, just one more piece and I'm done." I say while reading over the music sheet the game director gave me.

Sam

"You're doing good!" I sat, and kiss his cheek. I walked downstairs, and started to feel a presence in the house. I looked around, and put my hand in the cold spot. I smiled, "Hello, Coro." The coldness faded away, and the house suddenly felt happier. I went to the kitchen, and made me something to eat.

Neal

I finish up, and send all the music to the game director over Email. I close my laptop once I'm done then go watch TV upstairs.

Sam

I started to walk around the house, putting my hand and feeling all of the cold spots. Cody was moving to somewhere. I found a balcony. It obviously wasn't touched in years (This house was old, afterall).I shut my eyes, and reopened them to see a reddish-gold orb hovering over a table with a note stuck under a dried rose. I picked up the note, and smiled as I read.

Dearest Neal,

By the time you are reading this, I will be gone, and you finally got the courage to come out here again. This is the place I told you I first loved you, and also the last. I want you to know that I'm happy where I am, up in Heaven with Macy and Annabelle. I want you to be happy, too, so don't be afraid to move on. I'll always be watching over you, and think about me everytime it rains. That's how I'll tell you I'm alright. I love you, sweetheart. Live on, and be happy.

She obviously wrote it whenever the other house was still there, but it was still beautiful. I set the note down and put the rose over it again so it wouldn't blow away.

Neal

Blake looks at me, "grandpa, tell me about my mama." He says and I look at him, "no." I say and he tugs on my pants, "please, grandpa!?" He begs and looks at me, I ignore him and continue to watch TV as he begs me to tell him.

Sam

I walked around the upstairs, and shivered as the air got colder. Trust Neal to pick one the prettiest houses, and not update the third floor. I looked at all of the old paintings, and smiled. I loved old artifacts. I continued to explore.
