Nyx

I run into moms room and look at her in utter shock, she is in very bad condition. "Mom, what happened?" I ask her and hold her hand as she breathes heavily and has bruises all over her. "Your father happened, he lost it." She says and coughs a little. I text Eli. My mom said that dad attacked her and lost it.I text and send the message to him then go back to holding moms hand.

Eli

My cellphone buzzs and I get a text from Nyx. I read the text and sigh. Okay i'll check to see if anyone found him. I text and call one of the clan memebers. They say that they still haven't found him. I put my cellphone on the coffee table and try to not get angry.

Desiree

I sit on the roof and look over the edge. My music is full blast and I can't hear anything. I pull out my cellphone to see its getting late. "No one will miss me." I said and put the cellphone back in my pocket.

Nyx

Thank you,Elliot.I text him back and leave the hospital when visiting hours are over. I walk down the street as the cars drive pass and everything is busy. I stop and lean on a wall so I can relax and try not to get upset when someone that feels cold as snow pulls me into a alley way. I scream but they cover my mouth and I see their eyes, it is a Vampire. They bite my neck and I pass out after they are done, leaving me in the alley.

Eli

No problem. I text and continue to watch television, not noticing the time.

Desiree

I kick my legs back and forth and look around me as I sti on the roof edge. I smile and listen to my music while I take off my necklace. I let it drop on the ground and I become my regular self. I continue to listen to my music.

Nyx

I wake up a little later, I am cold, very hungry and my mouth hurts like teeth are coming in. I get up and run home. I stop at the door and calm myself down before going in, I open the door and take off my jacket revealing extremely pale skin to the point where you can see my blood veins. I don't notice how pale I am but I do notice that I am hungry, cold and my mouth hurts. "Hi,Eli." I say and kiss him on the lips then sit down next to him.

Delilah

I walk in the Dead City with a couple of my friends and notice someone on a roof, I go up there and look at the person for a second. "Excuse me, are you okay?" I ask the little girl.

Eli

"Hey-um why are you pale?" I asked. "What happen when you was walking home?" I asked her and turn around to face her.

Desiree

I get up and turn around to face someone. I begin to hiss at first but decide not to. "Yeah i'm fine." I said and looked at her nervously.

Nyx

"Someone bit my neck." I say quietly and look at my skin that is pale now instead of it's normal light tan.

Delilah

"I am Delilah,who are you?" I ask the little girl and sit next to her. "I have a son and daughter, their names are Echo and Destiny." I say to her and smile.

Desiree

"My name is Desiree." I said and smiled. "I have a mom name Silent and my dads name is Seth." I told her.

Eli

"Did you see what he looks like?" I asked.

Delilah

"I know your parents, we are friends, we hanged out together all the time." I say to her and smile back.

Nyx

"I only saw his eyes, they were a violet color." I say to him and look at the ground.

Desiree

"Cool." I said and smiled. "Your probably wondering why i'm out here alone." I said.

Eli

I realize who it is and get up from the couch. "Alright, i'll be back." I said and grabbed my jackt then left to the clans house.

Delilah

"Kinda, would you like to go to my house with me?" I ask her.

Nyx

"Okay." I say to him and continue to sit on the couch.

Deisree

"Okay." I said and get up.

Eli

I get to the clan house and open the door. I look around to see no one here. I sih and head back home, trying to think where he could be.

Delilah

I take her to my house in the bandit camp here in the Dead City.

Nyx

I sit on the couch and start to get extremely hungry.

Desiree

I arrive at a bandit camp and look around me.

Eli

I come home with some animal blood and hand it to Nyx. "This should help your thirst, i'm going to try to find a cure for you." I told her and sat beside her.

Nyx

"That's gross." I say and smell it in repulse. I drink and it tastes lovely, "it smells bad but tastes good." I say and set the cup on the coffee table. "Thank you." I say and kiss him on the lips.

Delilah

"This is my home." I say and smile. "Mom!" Destiny says and hugs me. "Hi sweetheart." I say and hug her back. "Who is this?" Destiny asks and smiles. "This is Desiree, Desiree this is my daughter Destiny, you two can hang out." I say and go to my house to do some work. "Hi, nice to meet you,Desiree, I am Destiny." Destiny says and smiles.

Desiree

"Hi Destiny, I love your name." I said and smiled.

Eli

"You welcome." I said and kissed her back. I turn the television on and start watching it.

Destiny

"Thanks, I like your name to." I say and one of my 'friends' walks up to me. "Hey, kiddo, wheres your mom, I have some money for her." He says and I point to our house and he walks over there to see my mother. "Want to play with some of the Hounds?" I ask Desiree and smile.

Nyx

I sit on the couch once again quietly and then I go upstairs without telling Eli. I close my bedroom door and lock it, I go to my bathroom and sit on the edge of the tub. I get my cigarettes from the drawer, I light one and start to smoke from being nervous and scared.

Desiree

"Sure." I said.

Eli

I go to sleep on the couch.

Nyx

I sneak downstairs smelling strongly of cigarette smoke and go outside on the back porch to smoke more after Eli is asleep on the couch. I sit down on the patio chair and chain smoke more as I watch the night sky.

Destiny

I take her hand we go play with the Hounds that are happy to see us both. They lick us and we tug of war with them.

Desiree

I'm shock their not growling at me. I thought and continue to play. I looked at my cellphone to see the time. My eyes get big when I see the time. "I need to cal someone, be right back." I said. I walk away from Destiny and call my dad.

Eli

I continue to sleep.

Seth

"Where the hell have you been, we have been looking for you!?" I say to Desiree and I am mad.

Nyx

I drop the metal ash tray on the patio and it makes a loud noise, "sh!t." I curse under my breath and hope I didn't wake up Eli but I am sure I did with my luck. I sigh and continue to chain smoke.

Desiree

"No where special but to Dead City." I said and twitch a little as I hear how his voice sounds.

Eli

I wake up when I hear something fall. I go outside and sit on the chair. "Hey." I said to Nyx. "Are you feeling better?" I ask.

Nyx

"Yeah." I say and hope he doesn't notice my cigarette because he doesn't know that I use to smoke.

Seth

"Why didn't you tell me or your mother?" I ask and I am still very mad.

Eli

"Why are you smoking?" I asked Nyx.

Desiree

I told him that I killed another person. "I got scared and ran off. I went home but then ended up going to dead city and almost jumping off a roof." I said. That sounded way better in my head. I thought.

Nyx

"I am slightly stressed, nervous and scared, I smoke when I feel like this." I say and a blow the smoke out of my mouth away from Eli.

Seth

"Just come home, now." I say to her and sigh.
