Sam

I come out of surgery, and lay in the bed. All the blood loss made me weak, oddly putting me into a coma and making me very pale. The doctor walks over to Neal. "She's fine, but she's in a coma. You may see her," he says, and leaves.

Neal

I sit at Sam's side, and hold her hand, hoping she'll wake up soon.

Sam

I started to dream a little in the coma, and my lips move slightly, as if I'm talking. I start to dream about Neal and I's first kiss together, and the corner of my mouth twitched as if I was smiling.

Neal

I smile a little at Sam, I lay my head on his lap and fall asleep.

Sam

Morning came, and the nurse gently moved Neal off of me. She started to let an icecube melt above my face, the drops of water landing in my mouth.

Neal

I wake up, and go outside in front of the hospital. I smoke a cigarette as the sunrises.

Sam

The nurse walks out, and I feel my eyelids flutter open. I blinked a couple of times to get them used to the bright sunlight, and I rub my head. "Where am I?" I asked myself, and looked around. I sat up, and the doctor walks in. He smiles, "You're awake, Miss Varga. I have some test results I'd like to share with you. After the accident, you took a nasty blow to the head. I knew there would be some memory loss, but your came late." I looked at him, "Accident? What accident?" He told me about the horrifying car wreck, and I couldn't remember an ounce of it. He walked out, and told Neal that I was awake.

Neal

I walk in, and look at Sam, "how do you feel?" I ask

Sam

I jumped, and looked at the guy. "Uh, fine. Who are you exactly?" I asked.

Neal

"I'm Neal." I tell her, and sit on the chair next to her bed. "I'm your boyfriend."

Sam

"Yeah, I don't have a boyfriend." The doctor walked in, and told Neal about the memory loss. "Just be patient. Sometimes tigger objects can bring back her memory, even physical contact like holding hands or something. If it was left alone to come back on it's own, it would take roughly three months for all of it to fully return. Just work with her." He walked out, and I stretched my arms.

Neal

I sigh a little, and nod my head. "Well, we're boyfriend and girlfriend, I wouldn't lie." I say and start to watch TV.

Sam

"I don't believe you," I say, and cross my arms.

Neal

I lean in and kiss her gently on the lips, like the first time we kissed.

Sam

I shoved him away, and blush brightly. "What the heck was that for?!" I yelled, and started to get small flashes of my memory back from whenever I was in the crash.

Neal

I shrug, and go back to watching TV. "You need to jog your memory." I say as I watch TV.

Sam

"I don't like to be kissed my weird strangers, believe it or not," I snap at him, and run the back of my hand across my lips.

Neal

I get up, "I'm not a stranger." I say and leave, I go home. I get home, and Blake asks where Sam is, "she'll be back." I say and ruffle his hair.

Sam

I get released form the hospital, and I arrive at Neal's house. I remembered that I lived here. I walk in, and look around. I sat down on the couch, and watched TV.

Neal

Blake toddles up to Sam, "hi, Miss. Sam!" He says and sits next to her.

Sam

I smile at the little boy. Did I have a child or something? "Hi. What's your name?" I asked.

Neal

Blake giggles, "I'm Blake." He says and smiles at her.

Sam

"Hi, Blake. Uh, do you live here alone?" I asked stupidly.

Neal

"No, I live with my grandpa Neal," He answers and starts to watch Spongebob.

Sam

Neal... That name sounds familiar, and not just from the hospital. I got up, and walked around the house a little more. I bumped into a guy, and stumbled to the floor. "Ow! Watch where you're going! And why are you in my house?" I asked.
