I smiled, "One of your sisters could be the god mother. And I have no idea who the god father should be," Scarlett comes running to me and I hold her in the air, "There's my baby girl!" I squeak.

Nathan

"Dear god, don't tell them that!" I say laughing. "Hi pumpkin, how are you?" I say tickling her tummy. "The god father could be one of their husbands." I say smiling.

I nod my head and sniff the air, "Foods ready!" I yelled. I set Scarlett on the ground and jogged to the pit. I set all the meat into tin trays and set them on the counter. I pull out a bunch of plates and look at my work, "It's edible, dig in!" I back away and sit back down with the girls.

Nathan

We all get plates and eat. "So Cody, would you want to learn how to make Italian food?" My sister Kimmy says smiling, "I am sure you could learn fast, your a good cook." She says while eating.

Nathan

As Cody talks to my sisters, I go get drink. I sit back down and eat, my sister Kimmy starts whispering to Cody, I lean in without them knowing. "Cody, be careful of Nathan when he drinks he is very violent, he shattered a mans arms once when he was drunk." She says whispering. "Hey Kimmy." I say taping her shoulder, she spins around and smiles. "Don't worry, I don't drink anymore, I am only having one beer." I say in a whisper and laugh. "Ok, sure call me when you need some headache relievers." She says, my eyes go big and I get up. I walk out onto the porch to smoke. She knows I was a drinker, I had problems lots of problems. I hate when they crack little jokes like that it is un called for and rude. I have been nothing but a great brother to them and every damn time they do this when I drink! I stand there and grumble to myself and kick the beam of the house in anger. I flick my cigerate "she is a b*tch." I say to myself.

I hop off the couch and walk over to Nathan, "You okay? That was a mean thing your sisters did," I whisper to him.

Nathan

"You see why I don't want to go to Italy." I say to her, "every time I am around them they do this." I say while smoking.

I couch and back away, "I will make sure they are on their best behavior aslong as you don't smoke the whole time we are there. Deal?" I extend my hand and give a devious smile.

Nathan

I look at Cody and smile "Deal." I say to her. I kiss her on the cheek and go back inside to eat.

I smiled and looked at all the guys, "What're you lookin' at?" I asked. They turned around and I silently laughed. I sat back down with the girls, "Try to be nice to your brother," I whisper to them.

Nathan

"Ok." Kimmy says smiling.

A little later everyone has left and Kimmy is talking to Cody. "So Cody, I was thinking Scarlett could come over for a while, to my house?" She says while holding Max on her hip.

I tickled Scarlett, "Yeah! That'll give me and Nathan some time to relax and have a day of freedom from Scarlett," I smiled and set her on the ground. She walked over to Kimmy and pointed to Max, "Play?" she asked.

Nathan

I lay on the couch and hear Scarlett leaving with Kimmy and Max. I can feel the liquor kicking in and I am becoming drunk quickly. God I hope I don't do anything stupid.

I look at Nathan and notice he's sweating. I place my hand on his head, "Are you feeling okay?" I ask his worridly.

Nathan

I feel Cody place her hand on my head. "Please listen to me." I say looking at her through my dilated eyes. "Stay far away from me tonight, I drank to much." I say looking at her. "Please I don't want to hurt you, my sister was right I become extremely violent." I say rubbing my eyes. I hope she listened to me..

I looked at him curiously, "I think I can handle my own husband," I say as I remove my hand. I wipe off the sweat from my hand and get up to get an ice pack for him.

Nathan

About an hour later I am completely drunk and full of rage. I pin Cody to the wall and hold her there by her neck.

I desperatly try to pry his hand off of my neck. I kick him where it hurts most and pin him to the ground, "You are really strong." I have my forearm on his neck and my legs are wrapped around his legs. I use my other hand to pin his arms to his stomach and I stare him in the eyes.

Nathan

I easily untie my legs from hers and pin her to the ground. I pick her up and throw her against the wall hard and it leaves a dent. I have my arms holding hers and my legs pinning hers to the wall in a matter of seconds.

I felt a tear roll down my face as a sharp pain pulses through my body, "Nathan, please stop!" I wiggle and try to get out of his grasp, but it's no use.

Nathan

I hold onto her tightly and slap her on the cheek leaving a large red mark on her face. She screeches in pain and hold onto her even more tighter. I ignore her words.

"Nathan, please stop. You're hurting me," I say. I try to get out again, but his grasp is too strong. My head goes limp as I black out.

Nathan

I drop her to the ground and stop before I pass out myself.

I awake in the morning with a killer headache. I look around to see the house is a mess, I look down to see Cody battered and bruised. I didn't do that did I? No no! I told her to stay away! "I am sorry Cody." I say brushing her hair away from her face. "I am sorry, I hurt." I say crying as I look at Cody. I hurt her, I hurt the only women I have ever loved. The person who carried our child, I hurt her. "I am sorry." I say to her.

I finally come to and look up at Nathan with horrified eyes. I finally calmed down, "No more alcohol is ever going to be in this house," I whisper. I place my hand on his cheek, "It's okay."

"I can't believe I hurt you." I say looking down at the ground. "I am sorry I hurt." I say holding her hand, I look at her and can't help but not feel extreme gulit that I hurt her. " I am sorry." "I love you." I say looking at the bruises. I will never forgive myself for this..
