Joseph

Murk bursts out laughing then quickly stops, she picks her jeans with her long, sharp and black painted nails. "No, we use to be dominatrix partners." Murk says and I nod my head. "That was his name, Christian." She says.

Cody

My eyes widen, "Joseph! Don't ever say that word again!" I buried my face in my hands, remembering whenever Neal scared me by pretending he was a dominatrix.

Joseph

"What?" Murk asks and looks at me curiously. "Neal scared the living day lights out of her when he showed her what a dominatrix is." I say. "He is rough." Murk says to Cody.

Cody

"I never ever want to hear that word," I say.

Joseph

"It's not that bad, Neal just has a level." Murk says and I nod my head. "He wouldn't have hurt you, there is a contract for that reason and a few other things." Murk says.

Cody

"If I didn't let him overpower me, I could have ran away." I got up from the table and put my laptop under my arm and held my coffee, "I'll be in the room doing whatever." I went upstairs and shut the door behind me. I quickly changed into pajamas, sat up with the covers over my lap, and I began to try and get the money back into the casino's account.

Joseph

"She took Neal's actions too close to heart." Murk says and takes off her cape. Murk has hallowed out cheeks, thick lips that are soft and sometimes pursed, big baby blue eyes with long lashes, black hair that is puffy, slightly pale skin and dimples when she smiles. We start talking and she messes with her long and soft gloves that go to her elbow.

Cody

I hit the last key for the last transaction and put a security systems up on the account, just for extra protection. I smiled, then walked downstairs. I leaned against the wall, "All the money's back into the account."

Joseph

"Thank you." I say and kiss Cody on the cheek, "look at you, all soft and loving now, you were a hard a$$." Murk says and laughs a little, I roll my eyes and sit back down at the table. "I am still a hard a$$." I say and prop my feet on the table. "Really, prove it." She says and I sigh. "How?" I ask and she thinks for a moment.

Cody

I sit on Joseph's lap, "He is definatly a hard a$$. A hard a$$ with a caring heart." I kissed him on the cheek and smiled.

Joseph

"Race me." Murk says and I take a sip of my coffee. "No, I don't do that sh!t anymore, it almost got me killed when I was eighteen." I say and she rolls her eyes. "Come on, hard a$$, I know you want to do it." She says and gets up then pinches my noses. "Stop it, I said no." I say and try to bite her hand. "Not until you race me." She says and lets go of my nose, "no." I say and she starts poking my cheeks with her thumbs. "Please?" She asks and bats her eyes lashes. "Nope." I say

Cody

I hear a faint nose and I look towards it. I get up off of his lap and take out my gun and start to creep towards the door. I saw some men in suits, and I open the door. They ask for Joey, and one of them notices my tattoo. I put away my gun, "You guys can come in." I smiled, and they all piled inside the house. I tapped Joseph's shoulder, "You have a few visitors."

Joseph

I turn around and I look at them for a moment, "yes?" I ask and one sits next to me. "I am the Saints leader." He says and I almost choke on my coffee. "Father!" I yell and he comes downstairs. "Dear Lord, what do you all want?" My father asks the man. "Murk killed Tony." He says and Murk tries to run but he grabs a hold of her by the back of her neck. "We want money so we can hire a new guy, sixty thousand dollars by tomorrow." He says, "we don't have that money right now." My father says, "you better get it." He says and they leave.

Cody

I ran my fingers through my hair, "I have my savings, but that's only half of the sixty." I sighed, "What're we going to do?"

Joseph

My father ignores Cody's question and drags Murk and I out of the room, "you two find a way to get the money and no one can help you guys except for yourselves." He says and goes back to his office.

Cody

I walk out into the backyard and sit down in the grass. I looked up at the sky, thinking about what the king of trouble the Mob was in right now. I wanted to help, but Joseph's father treated me like I knew nothing. I saved the casino for goodness sake! I sighed, then layed down.

Joseph

"Rob a bank." Murk says and hands me a gun, "Cody, I am going out for a bit." I say to Cody and Murk and I leave.

Cody

I walked back up to our room, and fell uncomfortably asleep.

Joseph

Murk and I walk into the bank, Murk slips a note to the women and I slip a note the other. They both read the notes and go get the money, these are no ordinary people that work here, they are Murk's friends. They bring out the money in two brief cases, they hand them to use then we leave, simple as that.

Cody

I woke up soon after I had fell asleep, and i got on my laptop. I smiled at all of the pictures I had of me and Joseph at the beginning of our relationship. I started to cry once I got to the pictures of Scarlett. I had more than two hundred photos to go, and I was glad of it.

Joseph

We get back and I give the money to my father, I walk into Cody's and I room. I see her crying and sit down next to her, "what's the matter?" I ask

Cody

"Nothing." I went to a different picture, and I smiled.

Joseph

I smile and kiss her cheek, I take off my shoes and Murk comes in, "here, your daddy wants you to have this payment." She says and tosses me a wad of cash then I count it. "I got money too." She says and we both smile, "eight thousand." I say and put the money in my foot locker.

Cody

I another knock at the door, and I run downstairs to get it. I saw more men in high-class suits, obviously from the Mob. I opened the door, and they all stared at my tattoo. I sighed, "May I help you?"

Joseph

"Where's J?" One mans asks and walks inside, "I am here." I say and he smiles a little. "Good, I need you to do a favor." He says and I nod my head, "what is it?" I ask. "Well, go get dressed in some proper clothes then we'll talk." He says and I go upstairs. I change into a nice high-class suit and slick my hair back then part it. I put on my nice black buckle shoes and walk back downstairs, "good, now we can talk." He says and we walk outide on the back porch.
