Desiree

I go into the kitchen and into the pantry. I let my fangs come out and wait for someone to walk in the pantry. Someone finally comes in and I kill him then leave him dead on the floor. I smile and wipe the blood off my face as I sneak back into the bathroom. I come out once I hear the people run out the kitchen screaming. I laugh silently and go back to the table. I sit down and finish eating some of my fries.

Sean

"After this do you want to go to the hideout with me?" I ask and finish my fries.

Desiree

"Sure." I said and finish my fries then begin to drink some of my water when it hurts me. The only time water can hurt a vampire is when they just killed someone. Everyone knows that. I put the cup down.

Sean

I pay the check once it comes then get up, "ready to go to the hideout?" I ask and put on my leather jacket.

Desiree

"Yep." I said and get up from the seat. I leave out the place and wait for Sean.

Sean

I walk out of the restaurant and Desiree and I start to walk to the hideout.

Desiree

I walk beside Sean until we get to the hideout.

Sean

I unlock the hideout door and we walk inside, I sit on the couch and smile. "You can come here anytime, don't be surprised if you see some of my friends here." I say and watch TV.

Desiree

"Okay." I said and sit beside Sean. I watch television with him.

Sean

Serena walks out of the bedroom and sits on my lap, "could you weigh anymore." I say and laugh, she laughs a little too.

Desiree

I continue to watch television.

Sean

"Did you tell her yet?" Serena whispers in my ear and I shake my head 'no'. "You should." She says and watches TV.

Desiree

I bring out my cellphone when I see Candy text me. She is back from her grandmas house and i'm excited. I text her back then go back to watching television.

Sean

"Desiree, how old are you?" Serena asks and I glare at Serena for a second.

Desiree

"I'm eight, why?" I asked and looked at her.

Sean

"She is the perfect age, sweet and innocent, she could make us money." Serena says and I get up. "No, I am not doing that to her." I say and go to the bedroom and lay on the bed as I think.

Desiree

"What are you talking about?" I asked Serena, confuse.

Sean

"Nothing, we can't tell you yet." She says and places her hand on her now growing stomach.

Desiree

I roll my eyes and turn back to the television. I text Candy and watch television at the same time.

Sean

I call dad and talk to him for a few minutes then we hang up. He said that I can tell Desiree about the business. I walk out of the bedroom into the living room, "Desiree, we need to talk outside." I say and walk outside and wait for her to come outside.

Desiree

I get up from the couch and walk outside. "What?" I ask and waited for a answer.

Sean


"I am a con-man, so is Dane and Serena, including a couple of other people." I say and pause for a second. "It is a family business that dad runs, he is retired but still helps with the business." I say and light a cigarette.

Desiree

I didn't know what to say or do. I felt inside of me boil with anger. "Don't talk to me, look at me, or anything." I said to Sean and left.

Sean

I chase after Desiree and stop her, "please Desiree, I am not proud of this." I say to her and spin her around to me.

Desiree

"Your touching me." I said and moved away from him. "Like I said before don't talk to me, look at me or touch me." I said. I started walking again.
