Nathan

I turn around and smile at Cody, "will you be my girlfriend?" I ask and look her in the eyes.

Cody

I smiled, "Sure." I move my bike back in place, and put the bag against the wall. I let him go in, and I threw my gloves in the garage. I shut it, and went inside. "I'm going to take a shower. Make yourself at home," I say, and go into the bathroom.

Nathan

I sit on the couch and start to watch TV, I text my cousin as I watch TV.

Cody

I come out in a black undershirt, with my bra on, and a pair of pink and white spotted pajama pants. I pulled on my black sweatshirt, and sat by Nathan.

Nathan

Finally my cousin web cams me on my phone, she rambles on about how her doctor says they can't fix the burns on her body. She soon realizes Cody is sitting next to me, she shuts up and tries not to cry because she basically just told Cody about her abusive childhood and 3rd degree burns that will never go away. "Did she hear that?" Betty peeps and takes in a big breath to hold back tears, "uh yeah." I say and she turns off the webcam as she starts to cry. I roll my eyes and put my cell phone in my back pocket.

Cody

"What was that all about?" I ask Nathan.

Nathan

"My cousin, Betty, she was telling my about her 3rd degrees that her father gave her about a day ago with a blow torch, she has more burns and she just went to the doctors to see if they could be healed but they can't so she was telling me, then she saw you and knew you heard her." I tell her. "She is very sensitive when it comes to that." I add.

Cody

I shrugged. "My dad burnt me with his lighter all the time. My mom made me bleed with her curling iron."

Nathan

I take out my phone and show her the picture of Betty, she is almost nude but she has her undergarments on. If you touch her skin it flakes off and leaves a huge red make, her skin looks like scales in this picture. I scroll to the next one and this one is when she was fifteen, she had blisters and burn marks all over her.

Cody

I turned my head, and gagged. Not from the pictures, but from something else. I ran to the athroom, and threw up in the toilet. Just freaking great.

Nathan

I put my phone away and walk to the bathroom, I lean on the wall outside of the bathroom. "You alright?" I ask

Cody

"Does it freaking sound like I'm okay!" I yell, and continue to throw up.

Nathan

I walk in, and hold her hair back for her, I wait for her to finish throwing up.

Cody

I coughed, and flushed the toilet. "Get away from me," I snap, and push him away. I stand up, and start to brush my teeth.

Nathan

"Jeez, no need for the bitterness." I say and sit on the couch, my brother Clay texts me. I turn around on the couch, "wanna go to Italy with me?" I ask Cody and wait for her to answer so I can text Clay back, he wants us to come down for a vacation.

Cody

"Sure," I say, and lay down on the recliner. I soon fall asleep.

Nathan

I wake up in the morning, I had fallen asleep on the couch here. I yawn and rub my eyes, I get on my phone and buy us tickets to Italy.

Cody

I get up, and pack my bag for Italy. I put two week's worth of clothes and shoes into a suitcase, and I walked out, still in my pajamas. I put the suitcase by the door, and made myself a cup of coffee. "Morning," I say to Nathan.

Nathan

"Morning." I say and smile a little, I finish buying the tickets and start to watch TV, I don't have to pack since I have clothes in Italy.

Cody

I sat next to him, and read the newspaper. I had actually woken up in the middle of the night and took a pregnancy test. it had said positive. I was waiting for the right moment to tell him.

Nathan

"We are leaving in a few minutes." I tell her and get up, I yawn again and put on my leather jacket. I'm not a morning person.

Cody

"Okay," I say and put the cup in the sink. I go to the bathroom, throw away the rest, and brush my teeth. I walk out, and pack my carry on bag in a minute.

Nathan

Once shes done we leave to the airport, I drive us there in my car. We get there and we walk inside the airport.

Cody

We walk to our plane after we went through security check, and we sat down in our seats. I put on my glasses, and started to read my book,
